If we have worked with you before and know your system, we can get the PC to a 'plug and play' stage, where all you have to do is plug it in and turn it on.
If you want to upgrade your computer we can transfer all of your old files from your old PC to your new one, and again configure it as necessary.
We are happy to offer you advice on any purchase, whether you want some plain talk about what a firewire connection is, or what the difference is between USB and USB 2.0. We will explain any options to you, and make a recommendation based on our knowledge of your situation.
If required, warranty co-ordination is available. We will keep an eye on the warranty state of your new equipment, and will arrange to fix any problems, should they arise, direct with the supplier.
